Richard Vanderpool, CHCP is the Principal of MandatoryCE, LLC. He is a Distinguished Member of the national Alliance for Continuing Education in the Health Professions (ACEHP), member of the Texas Alliance for CME (TACME), and 2012 Chair for the North Texas Alliance for CME. Since 2008, Richard has maintained the CHCP credential (Certified Healthcare CPD Professional) by the Commission for Certification of Healthcare CPD Professionals (CCHCP). He has over 20 years multidisciplinary continuing education experience with an extensive background in healthcare accreditation, regulatory compliance, and overall program development for over 20 healthcare disciplines including physician, nursing, pharmacy, psychology, social work, and other allied health professions. Richard maintains an active role in the continuing education community and has participated and/or served as faculty at various professional seminars including 5+ Alliance for Continuing Education in the Health Professions (ACEHP) annual conferences, 5+ Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) workshops, 5+ Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE) bi-annual invitational conferences, and 4 AMA National Task Force on CME Provider/Industry Collaboration conferences. 

 

 

 

Julie Crider, PhD, CMPP worked in the pharmaceutical industry for over 20 years as a research scientist, senior medical writer, editor, and publications manager. She launched Collaborative Medical Writing, LLC in 2010 in order to foster an interactive approach to medical communications for the benefit of her clients. She is a Certified Medical Publication Professional (CMPP) with the International Society of Medical Publication Professionals and holds both core and advanced certifications with the American Medical Writers Association. Julie has expertise in a wide variety of different therapeutic areas including: ophthalmology, dermatology, radiation oncology, diabetes, vaccines, and emergency medicine. She has written, edited, or managed over 700 medical communications (abstracts, posters, slide presentations, trade journal articles, peer-reviewed manuscripts, and continuing medical education materials).

 

 

 

 

 

Carolyn Crown, owner/lead designer at carolyncrowndesigns, LLC, is a seasoned design professional with broad experience handling projects for clients ranging from individuals to clinicians to Fortune 500 companies. She is a proud recipient of two American Graphic Design Awards and one American In-House Design Award, and her work has been featured in Layers magazine. A self-taught designer with nearly 15 years of experience, Carolyn specializes in print design and project management.

 

 

 

 

 

Carla Diebold has written professionally for more than 25 years, primarily in the fields of patient education and continuing medical education. As a writer/producer for the University of Texas M.D. Anderson Cancer Center as well as the University of Texas Health Science Center, she wrote and produced a variety of medical programs as well as the syndicated Texas Health Report with Dr. Red Duke. She is the recipient of several awards for her writing and was recognized by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention for her role in promulgating physician-oriented programming during the threat of bioterrorism post- 9/11. Carla holds a B.A. degree from Fordham University.
